Returns and Refunds
Adult Toys by Post wants you to be happy with a order you place with us, that's why we have a no fuss returns policy. If for any reason you are not completely happy you may exchange unused and unopened products within 14 days for alternative items or a refund. For reasons of hygiene please do not open items that you wish to send back as we regret that we cannot exchange fault-free items once the packaging has been opened. Cancellations
You have the right to cancel the order at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery. If we have already dispatched your order, a full refund will be given excluding postage costs on the return of the goods. If you received free postage then the actual shipping cost will not be refunded on the return of the goods.
If you cancel your order before we have dispatched your goods then a full refund will be given. Faulty Items
When an item is operated by batteries we recommend that you check using a different set of batteries and check that they are fitted correctly and positioned to connect with electrical points before returning such items.
If the product is faulty, please explain the fault in a covering letter and return it with its original box with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 14 days.
Goods can be exchanged or refunded up to 14 days of any defect. After 14 days we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund. All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working. Please clean the items before returning. Clothing
Health and Hygiene restricts what we can and cant do in respect to returning intimate items of Lingerie.
If you try any clothing on and its not quite right or its not what you expected please return the item in the condition you received it and we will refund or exchange the item for you.
If an item is returned and found to have been badly handled and not in the pristine condition we sent it in then health and hygiene restricts us offering an exchange or refund and the item will be returned to you at your expense. Personal items such as items with a crotch area cannot be exchanged or refunded. DVD's and Magazines
We cannot accept returns of DVDs or Magazines.
Returning an Item
No exchanges can be given until the goods are returned.
We advise you to send goods using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us
